How to Create and Share Your Blood Card

What Is a Blood Card?

Your Blood Card is a shareable snapshot of your subscription stats. It shows your monthly drain, active subscription count, killed count, yearly projection, and your drain level — all wrapped in Blood Drain's signature dark gothic design.

Think of it as a financial flex card. Some people brag about low scores. Others share their horrifying numbers as a wake-up call.

How to Generate Your Blood Card

  1. Open Blood Drain and tap the Blood Card tab
  2. Your card generates automatically from your real data
  3. Review your stats — monthly drain, drain level, active vs. killed counts
  4. Tap the share icon to export

That's it. Your Blood Card is ready to share.

What Your Blood Card Shows

  • Monthly Drain — Your total recurring subscription cost
  • Drain Level — Trickle, Bleeding, Hemorrhaging, Critical, or Flatline
  • Active Count — How many subscriptions are currently draining you
  • Slain Count — How many you've killed (bragging rights)
  • Yearly Projection — Your annual subscription spend
  • 5-Year Projection — The truly scary number

Where to Share

Blood Cards are designed for social media. They look best on:

  • Instagram Stories — The dark design pops against any background
  • Twitter/X — Great conversation starter
  • Group chats — Challenge friends to compare drains
  • Reddit — The personal finance communities love these

The Viral Effect

Blood Cards have become a thing. People share them to:

  • Humble brag about low drain scores after a killing spree
  • Shock friends with massive 5-year projections
  • Start conversations about subscription waste
  • Compete with partners and roommates

Pro Tip

Kill a few subscriptions before sharing. Nothing looks better than a Blood Card with a high slain count and a dropping drain level. Your Graveyard is your trophy room — let people see it reflected in your card.
