Blood Drain is a subscription tracking application that helps users monitor, visualize, and manage their recurring expenses. The app is provided as-is and is not a financial advisor.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Free and Paid Tiers

Blood Drain offers a free tier with limited features and an Exorcist tier as a one-time purchase. Features may change with updates. Paid features are non-transferable.

Payments & Refunds

Exorcist tier is a one-time purchase processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policy. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Automate access to the app

Intellectual Property

Blood Drain, including its design, vampire theme, Blood Card feature, and all associated branding, is the intellectual property of Blood Drain. You may share Blood Cards on social media with attribution.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Blood Drain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of spending calculations. Always verify with your actual bank statements.

Limitation of Liability

Blood Drain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
